Service Delivery Policy

Gross & Net is delivered entirely online as a software-as-a-service product. There are no physical goods, and nothing is shipped by post or courier. You access the service through your web browser at grossandnet.com.

• When you create an account, your workspace is available immediately.
• When you start or upgrade a paid subscription, the corresponding features are unlocked right away, as soon as payment is confirmed.
• There is no waiting period, delivery window, or delivery charge.

The service is available around the clock over the internet, subject to routine maintenance and to any interruptions outside our reasonable control. We work to keep Gross & Net reliable and to keep any planned maintenance brief and, where possible, announced in advance.
