Pay once and the licence is yours, the way you already own Tally. From year two it is ₹3,000 a year for statutory updates and hosting — the same shape as Tally’s TSS at ₹13,500, except Tally asks ₹67,500 to start, on one computer. That yearly figure is held for at least four years at a time, and you hear a full year before it moves. The licence itself never does.

Upload the file your bank gives you. Every line lands on the ledger the same minute, already sorted. Correct one and it remembers the next.
Put everyone on it
Your staff, your accountant, your partner. Zoho charges ₹150 a head. We charge nothing, on every plan including free.
We use it ourselves
One of the businesses running on this is ours. Every rule in here was written against real statements, not a specification.
Nothing is held hostage
Full export on every plan. Stop paying and your books stay readable, forever. They were never ours.
statement lines imported and posted to the ledger in under a second
automated checks run against the accounting rules before every release
your books export in full, on every plan, including the free one
Statutory updates and hosting. GST return formats change, TDS rates change, new schemas arrive — that work never stops, and it is what keeps your books filing correctly. It also covers running the service. Tally charges ₹13,500 a year for the same thing on Gold, and without it their software stops receiving updates too.
We hold it for at least four years at a time. When it does move it tracks what hosting and the statutory work actually cost, not what we think you would pay, and you hear a full year before it applies. What never moves is the licence: you have already bought that, once.
You keep them. Every plan, including Free, exports everything — accounts, journal entries, invoices, bills, attachments — in formats your accountant can open. We would rather answer this question directly than have you wonder about it. Your books were never ours to hold.
No, and most people run both for a while. Import your last twelve months here, keep Tally for whatever your CA insists on, and decide once you can see the difference. Nothing about starting requires you to stop anything.
Yes. Your staff, your accountant, your partner, on every plan. Charging per person taxes the exact thing that makes accounting software work — the people who submit the expenses and the person who checks them. Zoho charges ₹150 a head. We charge nothing, and that will not change on you later.
Invoices, bills and expenses. Bank lines do not count, and never will — importing your statement is the whole point, so metering it would be charging you for the reason you came. A shop taking a hundred UPI payments a day can import every one of them on the free plan.
No. Setup asks whether you are registered, and if you are not, the GST machinery stays out of your way rather than filling your screen with tax you do not charge. Register later and it is a single setting.
Because this is launch pricing and it will not stay here. We would rather have a hundred businesses whose books are clean than a handful paying full price, so the exchange is straightforward: an early price for you, customers we can point to for us. Buy the licence and you have bought it — the list price can double next year and you will never pay it again. The yearly maintenance is a running cost and is the one thing that can move, with a year's notice.
One business, everyone on your team, unlimited bank imports and 600 documents a year. No card.
